Eierkuchen: Extra Carbs, Extra Gluten

Quick note to say I rocked the german breakfast this morning. I finally succeeded in the magic ratio of flour to sugar to milk to eggs that produced this fluffy little number. Nothing healthy in sight here today but it’s a holiday and the girls are currently skipping outside, burning off the sugary treat. Move over big breakfast, I have a wedding to plan.

  1. my favorite, sprinkled with just plain sugar! That is the only time I will put white sugar on anything
